Edinburgh New Town - Super Mews Apartment

This is a very nice lower level flat in New Town with two spatious bedrooms and baths. We stayed here for the month of September and had a wonderful time. We especially loved the neighborhood. Sunday roast at The Cumberland just across the street is not to be missed. The location in New Town gave us easy access to all of Edinburgh. The owner was helpful and very easy to work with. When a minor problem with the clothes tumble dryer developed it was dealt with promptly and effectively. Bottom line: nice flat in a great location with a great owner. Enough said.

Had a fantastic 3 month stay in this beautful, well equipped and spacious apartment in Edinburgh's New Town. The neighbourhood is hard to beat with an ideal pub within a stone's throw, cool independent shops and cafes all within 5 or 10 minutes walk. Our landlord was an attentive, kind and flexible host who responded very quickly to any minor issues arising. Would not hesitate to recommend this rental and appreciated the homely touches which added to the overall comfort.

We simply can not say enough about this fabulous mid century style apartment in the coveted New Town of Edinburg. Busses and Trains are all within a half mile walk as is Princes Street and then a short stroll to the royal mile. Or the bus to the mound. We made this place our home for a month. Cooking in mornings and most evenings, while strolling and sight seeing all day near and far. Our host was incredibly responisve to answer questions. The neighborhood was fabulous and we sincerely felt like we were part of it. Every amentiy was available in the apartment that anyone could need. We loved the afternoon sun on the little patio outside the main door. So sorry to leave it! Thank you Nigel for making our stay so special

This cozy flat is perfectly situated in the heart of New Town in Edinburgh, on a nice quiet street and in within walking distace from all great restaurants, pubs, boutiques, museums, theatres and cinemas, and to the historic Old Town and Castle. If you aren't a walker, there's a taxi stand one block away, as well as numerous bus and tram stops. Grocery shopping is easy, there's a well stock mini market as well as small shops or order online.

The flat is well equiped and furnished, it also has excellent wifi. Both bedrooms are a good size as well as the two full bathrooms, which also included heated floors. Nigel is an excellent host always available and in touch. It truly is the best place to stay whilst in Edinburgh.
