Description
This apartment has two entrances and very comfortable spaces. It is fully furnished and light comes through every living space. There are two other bedrooms in the back rented to BC and BU grad students. All tenants have access to a washer and dryer located in the basement of the house. Electricity and heat run around $55 to $75 monthly. The house is located on a beautiful, quiet street in Brighton, close to buses 65, 57, 89, and the train. Parking is not available but there is parking on the street. No smoking, no pets, and no subletting.
