Our furnished townhome is available for rent for September 15, 2024 to May 31, 2025 (start & end dates are flexible, with a minimum rental period of 3 months). It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a galley kitchen, open dining and living area and excellent outdoor space with a large patio (furnished) off the living room and master bedroom and a small patio at the entrance. You will love the neighbourhood for it's character, location, and the range of amenities near by. The location is very central with easy access by bus, bike or car to the University of British Columbia (UBC), Simon Fraser University (SFU), Emily Carr University of Art + Design, Langara College and Douglas College. Amenities include Vancouver's very popular Trout Lake (with a weekly Farmers Market on Saturday) within a 5 minute walk, great grocery stores, local shops, cafe's and a locally owned bakery that is coveted across the city (Flourist). There are many dedicated bike routes near by to take you in all directions and the home is in close proximity to some of Vancouver's top destination neighbourhoods (15 minute walk to Commercial Drive, 30 minute walk to Main Street, 45 minute walk to Olympic Village).
