We are offering our apartment for long-time rental, between 15 August 2024 and 31 May 2025. I am a sociology professor at Koç University and we are moving to Sri Lanka for my sabbatical leave and we are looking for a responsible family to enjoy our home. The triplex apartment is very large (220m2), has four rooms, two bathrooms and one toilet, one terrace and two other balconies. It was recently renovated. It has a brand new smart tv (65inch) and a piano. Five walking minutes to metro, 3 minutes to Ataturk City park, 1.8km to the Bosphorus. Our apartment is very spacious and sunny. It used to have 5 bedrooms and one living room, but two of the rooms were then merged. In addition of high-speed wifi, each room has its own ethernet cable connection. We have two double beds and one single bed. In addition, the L-sofa in the living room and the sofa in the workroom can sleep two other people. The heating system (combi boiler) is very effective for the winter while in the summer we never complain about hot weather. The child room of our 7-year-old son is very friendly. In the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the Third Bosphorus Bridge. The building and the neighborhood is extremely safe and peaceful. The neighbors are usually academics, artists, or corporate people who work in the nearby financial district, Maslak. Our apartment is located in a prestigious residential complex, Tarabya Sanatçilar Sitesi. Tarabya Sanatçilar Sitesi has a very large park, which has a large playground and sport facilities. Tarabya Sanatçilar Sitesi has a number of facilities, including several supermarkets, a pharmacy, hairdressers, pilates studio. It is next to the Atatürk Kent Ormani (Atatürk City Forest), which is currently the largest park in Istanbul. It has a large walking trail and a beautiful lake. Our apartment is 5 minutes walk to the metro station, which connects you to Taksim square in 20 minutes. Tarabya Sanatçilar Sitesi is very close to the Bosphorus (1.8 km), where you will quickly reach one of the most beautiful places on earth! Finally, it is 3 minutes drive to one of the best hospitals in the country, Acibadem Maslak Hospital.
