You will probably not find an apartment in Rome that matches this one for space, resources, and location. It is located in the beautiful Monteverde neighborhood, within walking distance of Trastevere and easy access to all areas in the city. Nearby there is a bus stop, cafes, restuarants, and a supermarket. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and comfortable; two floors with a large livingroom, dining room, kitchen, and sitting room. Two bathrooms. Great furniture. The bedrooms are sizable with very comfortable beds. You can smell the fregrance of jasmine from the large winding vines. The back leads to a private garden with a large table. We have our morning coffee there every day. The host is helpful and always available.

We were fortunate to have been able to rent this lovely place in Monteverde for 10 days during the end-of-year holiday (Dec.-Jan., 2022-23). The house is accessible from a charming ruelle. Spacious and very comfortable, it is located in a quiet area, close to lovely places to nurture the body and soul. We used the train, bus, and tramway, and were within minutes of Rome's historic centre. Our host was flexible regarding dates for our stay and always available to answer our questions. We enjoyed his on-line guided tour of the house before we arrived. We would definitely like to come back to Rome and stay here again.

My wife, two daughters (13, 15), and myself spent a magical stay at Gui and Manuela's place in Monteverde Vecchio from August to December '22. I taught in a study abroad program for an American university, and the house was exceptional in every way. It was a sanctuary for us, a place where you wake up to green parakeets flying and feeding from the pomegranite trees. The house has a large kitchen where I cooked and chatted with friends on the outdoor patio. All the spaces are warm with light and breezes fill the house. The location is ideal, in proximity to a farmer's market, a charming cafe. Gui and Manuela are attentive and kind, and they were charming, responsive, and people I now count as friends. You'll be booking a bit of magic here.

We have just finished two weeks of a month and a half stay at Gui's lovely home and are enjoying it immenselly. The living space is spatious and furnished comfortably so there is room to sit and relax, to eat, and to cook. The kitchen is wonderful. The beds are super comfortable and the bedrooms are nice and cool. The garden has a lovely table with umbrella to enjoy the cooler nights and the basil is blooming!!!! Monteverde is fantasatic---filled with the feeling of real Rome, without tourists but with fantastic restaurants and easy easy easy transportation. We can't believe we get to stay for another four weeks! What more can you ask for?
