Renting a charming one-bedroom flat near Montmartre

I am a French academic working in Southampton (UK). I am renting out my furnished 1-bedroom flat in Paris 18e (metro Château Rouge). It is situated in a multicultural area close to Montmartre and three metro stations. The bathroom is small but has been recently refurbished and includes everything essential including a nice shower. The kitchen is all equipped and recently refurbished too. The double-bed is perched on a mezzanine and has a new comfortable mattress. The lounge includes a sofa-bed, a desk and desk chair, a TV. The wifi connection is reliable and high-speed. The flat holds some of my belongings (clothes, books, dishware) but has available storage space. You will find on my shelves books on art and on the history of Jews in Eastern Europe, which is my area of expertise. You can also enjoy listening to good old CDs on my stylish 1970s speakers. The flat is small but very cosy. It is quiet because it looks onto the courtyard but as soon as you get into the street you will find yourself in a vibrant area with a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and alternative cultural hubs.
