We're a family offering a quiet detached backyard cottage in Central Berkeley to visitors. Situated on the back lot on a great block near UC campus, Trader Joe's and BART our stand alone cottage is a charming little oasis very conveniently located near the amenities of downtown and UC. It has the following features: It is a lived-in home so it is fully stocked with kitchen utensils and bathroom items. It is also lived in so there may be some flaws here and there. This is a home, not a hotel, thanks for understanding.
