Sunny Somerville condo in a cute neighborhood

Description

This was originally a three bedroom condo, but the smallest bedroom was converted in a to walk-in closet and another bedroom was converted in to an office with two desks and a futon for guests. The master bedroom is very large with tons of light in the afternoon and plants and a gas fireplace, there's a sitting area in the bedroom and plenty of area for yoga, etc. The kitchen is renovated and is fully stocked with everything you might need, including a nook dedicated to an Italian espresso machine and grinder. The dining room has a table that expands to seat up to 8, and there's plenty of room in the kitchen and living room for entertaining (although no large parties please). The house in on the corner of a quiet little street, and we have exclusive use of the yard with a pergola and grill and lots of seating. There's also one garage spot in a private garage, with an EV charger. It's a great neighborhood, everyone is very friendly, our upstairs neighbors are great too, there's only two other units in the building.
