Fully Furnished Private Studio Apartment Close to Downtown Toronto?

This is a small basement apartment that is furnished comfortably for a student or as a Piede e Terre. My typical Tenants are graduate students or people who live outside the city and work in the city weekdays. This apartment is offered to a single person only as it is small with a single bed in a very clean room with a desk and cozy chair. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook and manage a meal. The pictures are accurate. This is what you will see in the apartment. There is one room with bed, desk, chair, closet and a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. There is not a lot of day light from the windows, so it would not be optimum for an artist. It's a great safe place to live while in Toronto. There is no outdoor space but there is gorgeous Sorauren Park across the street where people socialize and High Park is down the street. Shops and restaurants are walkable. The entry has a smaller than normal door so you need to watch your head but once inside the ceiling height is comfortable. My home is pretty quiet but the unit is a basement apartment so once in a while you might hear me in the kitchen. I have a very small hypoallergenic dog as well who sleeps a lot. I prefer no pets because we do have allergies to regular animal fur. Most of my student tenants stay about 1-2 years. I will prefer 6 months or longer. FYI this apartment has a single bed only so that has to be ok with the new tenant.
