Detached 1907 charming little house in a family oriented neighborhood within walking distance of many coffre shops, trendy restaurants and grocery stores. 30 minutes from downtown Vancouver with public transport. Ideal for a family of four. South facing backyard and veranda + north facing front porch. 3 bedrooms : master with a Queen size bed, one with a single bed and a 3rd with a double bed and an office space. We will be away for a month this summer and would be happy to share our home with a family or a couple who could take care of our cat. We will be in Montreal June 23rd to July 8th, 2024. We will also be looking for a house exchange in summer 2025, more details to come.
