This wonderful home has been fully renovated and is located on a quiet street with plenty of free parking in the charming, established neighbourhood of Caswell Hill. This home has 3 bedrooms with one queen bed each with bedding and lots of closet space. The 3rd bedroom has a desk and could be a den. The main level features open-concept living, dining and kitchen areas. This home has 2 fully-appointed bathrooms, including a 4-piece bathroom with a tub on the second level and a 3-piece bathroom with a large walk-in tiled shower in the fully finished basement. This lovely home features hardwood floors on the main and upper levels, an enclosed front verandah, a gas fireplace, high-end appliances, marble countertops in the kitchen, central vacuum, air and conditioning. The washer and dryer are in the basement. The home is on a large private lot with a spacious, fully fenced private backyard. Patio doors give way to a private wooden deck and terrace.
