The house has historic charm and is very spacious. We are near less than a 5-minute walk to the K-line and one metro stop away from the E-line, which will take you to downtown (east) or toward Culver City and Santa Monica Beach (west). USC is the closest school and UCLA isn’t far. We are looking to lease to tenants who will care for the home like their own and who are quiet. The bedrooms open to the deck on the backyard and let in a lot of light. The deck is ideal for working outdoors. The third room can be a bedroom or office space. There is a small backyard with an apple tree.
