I want to find a responsible and mature person to live in and enjoy this beautiful condo space for anywhere up to a year+ (negotiable). It's proximity to universities, the River Valley and city amenities including museums, Theatre District, movie theatres, restaurants and stores, makes it an ideal place for someone on sabbatical. The unit is completely furnished and appliances are top end. My personal items and decor will be streamlined during the tenant's stay. Although located in the heart of the city, the unit is extremely quiet and peaceful. It is a compact apartment - organized to maximize the space with generous amounts of storage. It is also possible for tenants to arrange for an additional storage unit in the building. I do expect that the apartment and the neighbors are respected and treated with care.
