We have a strong tie to Cal. My wife is an alumnus (Hass MBA '92) and we have been fans for over 25 years. (Go Bears!) We are looking for a responsible renter for our thoughtfully renovated, expanded 1940s Mediterranean with original architectural elements, expansive tile courtyard, and views of the San Francisco Bay sunsets. We have owned the home for over 24 years and care about how well our tenants will treat it. You'll love the cook's kitchen, the hardwood floors, 3 queen-sized beds, and the new hot tub with a wrap-around deck. You will be a 7-minute walk to BART (only ~20 minutes to UC Berkeley campus and 45 minutes to downtown San Francisco) Includes showers in both bathrooms, a basement office, an on-demand water heater, solar power (to reduce electricity bills), and a Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charger.
