This home is the perfect peaceful getway in the city. With lots of natural light in every room, you'll be amazed at all the places there are to relax, read, write and be creative. For those that enjoy cooking, the sizable kitchen and breakfast area are the perfect place to start or finish your day, and if you enjoy entertaining, you can enjoy lively dinner parties in the grand dining room. In the backyard, there are two charcoal grills and a spacious dining table. For those that are adventurous, on cooler nights, the yard is the perfect place to screen your favorite movie. Please note: There is a couple that lives downstairs in the basement apartment, which has a separate entrance from the front and back.
