I am the property caretaker (Cornell alumnus and staff) posting on behalf of the owner (Cornell alumnus, DVM '73). I live next door on the same property but in a separate house and handle maintenance and lawn care for both properties. This listing is for a single-family house located in the City of Ithaca. The house offers: - 1620 sq ft of unfurnished living space (3 beds/1 bath on 1st floor and a primary suite & bath on 2nd floor) plus an additional 1000 sq ft basement (with a bonus half-bath) for laundry/storage - Each bedroom has good closet space, plus a linen closet in the hallway - 4-season sunroom (potential for it to be an office or studio space) and lots of light throughout (excellent for plants!) - Private upstairs suite (1 bed/1 bath) with 540 sq ft of space - Dishwasher - Central A/C - Whole house air filtration system - 1-car electric garage - Small garden area - New windows and kitchen cabinets installed in 2021 I have two Siberian huskies that live on the property, so pets are negotiable and determined on a case-by-case basis for fit.
