House with air-conditioning, 3 double bedrooms ( 6 people including children) Swimming pool, Tennis Court, Table tennis, Garden with front and back terraces and secure parking… situated in the area of Hôpitaux Facultés of Montpellier. * Most of the University Faculties are accessible either on foot or by bus or tram direct. * 250 metres to nearest supermarket and pharmacy . * 7 minutes by foot to the nearest tram station 'Occitanie' * 15 minutes by tram to the historical centre. * 20 minutes by car to the beaches. Possible also to go by tram and bus. Fully air-conditioned house, situated in a private cul-de-sac. Our garden is calm and with no over-looking houses. The swimming pool (10 x 5) is equipped with an solar shutter for child safety, We have two shaded terraces with garden furniture and a table tennis. There is a tennis court in front of the house that you may use whenever but is also shared with the other co-owners of our Cul-de-sac. (We can provide tennis and ping- pong rackets and balls.) A few bikes are available. The house has 3 double bedrooms , 2 bathrooms with shower , 2 separate toilettes We will supply all bed linen and towels. The house is 'non smoker' We have a cat called Lilly who is docile and independant and who needs very little attention. We just ask you to fill up her water fountain and food bowl (her food will be provided) She doesn't need a litter tray and will wonder in and out of the garden as needed. Due to Lilly's presence we are unable to accept other animals in our home. The kitchen is fully equipped A gaz barbeque on the back terrace. Wifi 24h/24h fibre optique We hope you will spent a happy experience in our home full of fun moments and laugher but please spare a thought for our neighbours and the noise level when you are in the garden very late at night. * Late night parties and large gathereings are strictly prohibited.
