Our house is perfect for academics, graduate students, digital nomads, medical professionals, and families. We rent our house for six months from July through December but would also consider a 2-3-month rental during this period. Signed house rental agreement of all tenants is required. House offers a fully stocked kitchen, pantry/laundry room, spacious backyard deck, and lovely front porch with seating. Blazing Fast internet. All utilities and yard maintenance are included in monthly rent. Primary bedroom with attached full bath - Queen size bed; extra storage drawers located beneath bed; Walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom - Queen size bed; full closet 3rd bedroom - We use as an office. Couch can be converted to a full-sized bed. 2nd Bathroom - Tub with shower; located in between 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Living Room - Pullout sofa bed; Samsung TV set up for Roku and streaming, you may input your streaming membership details to receive Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc. Kitchen: Samsung refrigerator, new electric stove, dishwasher, plenty of pots, pans, dishware, and utensils. We are 1/2 half a block walk to the wonderful Boggy Creek bike, run, walk, path, and a 5-minute walk to the MLK light rail train station. We are 2.5 miles east of the University of Texas, 2.7 miles from the Convention Center. Close to the center, but also in a community neighborhood. A few blocks from two award winning restaurants: Nixta and Birdies We are looking for tenants who will care for and love our home as much as we do.
