Walk to train, bike path across the street, well maintained

Well maintained apartment with owner's (me) family living next door and owner's mother living above. You will have your privacy but also have services like bringing in packages and mail while you are away (or often during the day as we are usually around). Updated kitchen, brand new combo washer/dryer (the concept has gotten really good recently), you control your own AC/heat. Furnished including kitchen supplies, towels, you can just arrive with your suitcase. Gas/electric/internet included. Use WiFi or for the fastest connection plug into ethernet jacks. One thing though: no parking, best for someone not bringing a car. We are across the street from the Somerville Community Path less than 5 min to train station. I have a video tour I can send that shows the apartment plus the walk to the community path and train station. You must live a quiet life while at home.
