Hughe lovely penthouse, suitable for families with or without pets

We are a family of artists and builders. We will leave for Hongkong for some years. For many years the apartment has been an airbnb. You can find it there under the name "the special place". We are highly rated there and trustworthy. You can check it out if you like. The photos show the layout for the airbnb. Most everything can be changed to your needs. We can bring in or take out furniture. It is bigger than it looks on the photos. Our apartment is an open space with few but hughe rooms and very high ceilins. The doors to the rooms are 3m high. Almost anything is possible. It can be a very luxurious space for a couple or single parent and one child or for a couple with two children ore more if they share rooms. The apartment is divided in 3 separated rooms, a hughe bath and a kitchen. The livingroom is measures 6 x 11 m. We are now building a separated sleeping arrea in the open space of the living room. Two rooms have wooden floors made of cherry wood. The hughe bathroom has a shower and bath tub. The bath is right next to the terrace. Everything was designed and built by us. The apartment is situated in Pankow near the Bürgerpark. It is a safe and green area. A home for familys with lots of playgrounds and schools. The ideal part to raise a family. It is a safe space, the home of many artists, actors and intellectuals. During the day the park is a home for the joggers and families and when it gets dark the youth hangs out there. It is fun and safe. So if you have a teenager with you, it is fun for him/her here, too. The price includes all costs and a cleaning service that comes every other week.
