Looking for a respectful and responsible individual or couple who will treat my home with care as I engage in a 2 year overseas teaching position. Local manager will help you with any unlikely issues, if they arise. Ideal candidate will be interested in occupying it for the whole time that I am away. 1 year lease is required by the building management. The building is quiet and perfect for study, but it is also well located for easy access to all of Atlanta. The building is secure & the apartment is accessed from an interior door - not open air. The neighborhood has a low crime rate in Atlanta with pedestrians out and about at all times of day. The kitchen is well stocked with many appliances including: electric kettle, blender, food processor, hand mixer, waffle iron. Everything needed for cooking & baking is available.
