We are renting a one-bedroom flat just around the corner from Bergmannstrasse and Marheinekeplatz and two minutes away from the U7 Gneisenaustrasse. The flat is on the 1st floor-garden house of an old residential block from 1860. It is very quiet and overlooks the garden. The flat is fully furnished and equipped with a living room with a dining table and chairs, a sofa and sofa bed, and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, fridge small freezer, and a small table to eat. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. In the bedroom, there is a queen-sized bed and a chest of drawers. A bigger wardrobe is in the living room. The flooring is all in wood, except for the kitchen and the bathroom. The apartment is in the heart of the Bergmannkiez with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, and parks. Two minutes away is the Markthalle, open till 8 pm, which sells food from local farmers and doubles up as a restaurant from Monday to Friday. The Viktoria Park, the Tempelhofer Feld Park, and Hasenheide are all just 10 minutes away. The U7 Gneisenaustrasse is just around the corner (literally). Bus 248 and 140 are also very close by and useful to reach Alexanderplatz and Neukölln. The quoted price is inclusive of all costs including WIFI. The only cost not included is the GEZ TV tax which is charged to the residents. We provide towels and bed linens.
