Two rooms have queen beds, and two of the three have workspaces. The home includes three bathrooms, a large galley with a chef's kitchen and eat-in nook, an open-concept living and dining area, and white oak floors throughout. On the second floor, you'll find a huge custom built-in library (no library card needed!) just steps away from a designer bathroom with a soaker tub. Enjoy plenty of outdoor space with three decks, complete with sitting and dining areas, perfect for the summer! ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This is a non-smoking home, and we ask that there be no smoking on the premises. Our neighbors enjoy using their outdoor spaces for dinners and gatherings, especially during the summer months. Minimum rental is 10 days and includes mandatory weekly cleaning, as well as snow shovel during the winter months. Extra fee for those not wanting to deal with the weekly trash bins, as per city rules. SECURITY & SAFETY: The home is equipped with a security system, that include exterior motion detector cameras at the front and back of the house.
