Great location only a few blocks from Granville Island and the seawall, and a 15 minute stroll to Kits Beach. Very convenient with all the shops and restaurants along the W. 4th, W. Broadway and South Granville corridors surrounding you. Downtown, VGH and UBC are quickly and easily accessible as well. There is a small office space and patio, high speed wi-fi, dishwasher, insuite washer/dryer, and air conditioning. House cleaning every two weeks is included! Underground parking could be available if desired. Open to stays of 3 or more months from late July through January, possibly longer (please inquire with your ideal dates).
