We include generously shared use of two second patios, a BBQ gas grill, lovely outdoor dining space for 8, and pool use. Our home is located just 3 blocks from St. Charles Ave. and 2.5 miles from downtown. The historic and extremely practical streetcar access is a convenient tree-lined 5-minute walk away through one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in New Orleans with many of the homes over 100 years old and well-maintained. Plenty of room for a couple and spacious accommodation for a hardworking single. Walk score 93. Close to all major universities in town. Our home has been well-loved by travelling nurses, doctors, and sabbatical academics for years booked through the Airbnb platform. This listing is new (and discounted) on this platform but you can access the link provided to see positive reviews on AirBnB.
