Description
I am relocating to Ottawa (so I would be open to an exchange with a home there) and am looking for a professional to occupy my loving space. The current tenants move out in August 2024; the condo is available any time after that. Speaking of the condo... My home is a spacious, new condo (finished in 2021) situated along the Danforth in East Toronto. It provides me with everything I need: lots of sunlight, two bathrooms, tranquil bedroom, a large-screen TV for movie night, and a balcony bar from which I can observe the bustle of the main street below while sipping a glass of wine (or sparkling water. The apartment comes with a SodaStream). I have transformed the den into a makeshift second bedroom that features a double-bed air mattress and drawer for your clothes. (The mattress can be deflated and the room used however you please.) If you don't need the air mattress, I will probably take it with me. The building itself boasts a top-floor communal space that features a workout area (indoor and outdoor), a pool table, barbecues, lounge furniture, and a gorgeous view of the Toronto skyline.
