Renovated 1-bed apartment in beautiful Altbau near Stadtpark, Vienna (3rd)

Description

We are looking for someone interested to sublet our Vienna apartment. It is an 83m2 1-bed with an eastward orientation in an exceptionally beautiful Altbau (see picture of the entrance hall). We took up the place a few months ago and it was just recently renovated, so everything in it is brand new, including kitchen appliances and all our furniture. Only the hardwood in the living rooms older but also beautiful. The apartment has all the amenities to live comfortably but is not full of stuff. We are in the process of putting up curtains and acquiring a desk and office chair. The photos should give an idea of the layout, they are in the order of the layout of the apartment. The kitchen window looks inside the building, so it gets no daylight but has amazing integrated ceiling lighting, so it's very bright. The only thing you don't see there is the ante room (opening to the kitchen), which is quite large with some shelving space to put shoes and cloaks. The toilet is between the kitchen and the living room, while the bathroom is accessed only through the bedroom. The heating is from the infra-red panels you see in the pictures. Every room is controlled separately with a temperature dial. Bathroom and kitchen also have floor heating - it all works very well. The apartment's location is very central and well connected. The neighbourhood has everything you need within 5-10 min walking range, and the proximity to Stadtpark and to the city centre is especially nice. We are open to negotiating for dividing the period in several stays, but the minimum stay period should be three months. The rent may change a bit depending on how long you are staying.
