Description
I will be abroad this summer for fieldwork. I am looking for a responsible tenant to sublet my one-bedroom apartment. The apartment is in Brighton, a quiet neighborhood that is close to Boston College, Boston University, MIT, and Harvard. The apartment is located on the second floor of a four-unit building. It is one block away from a bus that will take you into downtown Boston, a 10-15 minute walk from the Green Line train, and one-block from a Blue Bike location (Boston's bike rental). Brighton is mostly college students and families. There are bars, a wonderful Brazilian market, and a great produce stand nearby. There is a Whole Foods one mile away. One of my favorite things in the neighborhood is Chandler Pond, a beautiful pond near the apartment with a walking trail and lots of ducks. I'm happy to answer any questions about the apartment.

Comments: Additionally, applicants must pay a $500 deposit to reserve the apartment, and to cover incidentals that may occur during your stay. The deposit will be refunded by August 17, 2024, following an inspection of the premises.
