We are temporarily relocating to NYC for work and our kids are out in colleges. We love our house and don’t want to part with it. We would be happy to let a nice family with or without children to stay in our house for a year or two. It’s a walking distance to public transportation and just 20 min to downtown Boston yet completely suburban, safe, and private. House was recently renovated, all 4 bathrooms are newly done, new kitchen with breakfast area, huge backyard and finished basement for kids to have playdates and overnight guests.
