This was my writing space for many years. It has great light and some artistic features. Bedroom & closet are upstairs overlooking the living area (office). There is a separate kitchen area (electric stove & refrigerator) and bathroom. Cooled & heated by a mini-split. It's a tiny house, ideal for one person although it could work for a couple. Has one covered parking space.
