Lovely and very central flat in Dublin

Bright and spacious two-bedroom flat very centrally located in Dublin. It's a 15 minute walk to Trinity College and is extremely well located for the best restaurants and cafes in Dublin. The flat is my own home and was purchased recently so all the furniture and appliances are new and very good quality. I am hoping for a tenant who will leave it in the same condition. I use the second bedroom as a home office but the desk can be removed if necessary; there is also a sofa bed in the second bedroom. The living room faces onto Francis street, which can be lively at times but the bedrooms face the opposite way and are very quiet. Unfortunately, there is no wifi currently in the flat; I use my phone hotspot. If this is a must for you, we can discuss the possibility of installing it. There is also an attic that can be used for storage only.
