Comments: Air conditioning and heating is centralized and quiet! No heat pump in the unit = no noise. Have a new ECOBEE thermostat with readings on the bedroom, so you are comfy at night.

Comments: King Size bed and a motorized stand up desk to set up your desired height! Perfect to work remotely. Full gym, outdoors pool (one of the best in town!) and party/board rooms. Terrace with barbecue. Great community.
