I am subletting my 32 sq m 1-bedroom apartment! Located on a quiet street in the 11th arrondissement, it is ideal for visiting academics and other professionals that may want to work from home. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, bars, bookstores and shops for every taste, an ideal base to explore Paris. :) The flat is on the first floor of an old Parisian building and consists of two separate spaces. The living room area has a large couch and dining table along with a fully equipped kitchen (including a large fridge, oven and a washing machine). The bedroom has a large double bed, big closet, a bookcase and ensuite bathroom. All the appliances and furniture are new and the apartment was renovated in late 2021. The price is 400 euros per week or 1300 euros per month including utilities although a somewhat better price might be possible for longer stays.
