4 rooms family duplex near Parc de la Villette

Description

We are looking for tenants that will stay in our apartment while we are away. Our house is great for a family (we have three young children). The apartment is a duplex. The living space is on the first room. It is composed of an open kitchen and a living room area. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (140*190), and a toilet. The two other bedrooms are on the first floor. One bedroom is a children room, with a bunk bed. The second room can be a bedroom or an office space. It has a single bed (with a rollaway bed underneath), and a small desk. Both bedrooms open on a 10 sq m terrasse. The bathroom has a bath and there is a second toilet on the first floor. The area is kids friendly, as it is at the border of an enormous park (parc de la villette). It is also very close to the canal de l'Ourcq, where there are lots of bars and restaurants. It is very well connected to the rest of Paris through the metro (line 7) and the tram.
