Our renovated Victorian townhouse is fully furnished, has a lovely garden, and is close to schools, restaurants, parks and shopping. We are located in Toronto’s west end on a quiet residential street, minutes from a vibrant section of Bloor Street with many restaurants, cafés, and bars. The closest subway station is three minutes’ walk from our front door for easy accessibility to downtown core, universities, and hospitals. In addition, we have dedicated parking for two cars at the rear of our house. There are three bedrooms - the primary bedroom has a king sized bed and desk overlooking the front garden, the second bedroom is suited to one or two children sharing with bunkbeds. The third bedroom is on the third floor in an open-concept loft space with a queen sized bed. The backyard garden is a very private with an outdoor dining table and grill. Amenities include a treadmill and an option for use of two adult and two children’s bicycles.
