Cozy, centrally located studio perfect for getting a taste of life in LA!

Hi! I am a single female in my 30s working in health care. I've made my home to be a sanctuary and I love spending time here. It is cozy, comfortable and grounding and got everything you need. It is a 5 min walk to a vibrant Culver City centre where you can catch lots of people and families enjoying ice cream and sunshine so you'll never be lonely. This area has no shortage of coffee shops, restaurants, yoga, farmer market (tuesday). stores, groceries (incl. Erewhon) so you'll be in good hands. Best of all, it is an epic central spot to explore LA from. All the notable neighbourhoods are just a 15 minute drive (incl. Venice beach, Santa Monica, Downtown, West Hollywood)! My apartment is located on a second floor of a secure building with a front door and a buzzer. Most people are single professionals. The building itself is very quiet and is managed and taken care of very well. Shared washer and dryer are located on the first floor and you will rarely see anyone there so consider it private! I'd love to sublet this space to someone that's considerate, tidy, communicative, and responsible : )
