Our house near the entrance to the best park in Philadelphia, offering over 50 miles of trails accessible on foot, by bike or on horseback. We are a 15 min walk from the shops and restaurants of Germantown Ave and the Saturday Chestnut Hill Farmers' Market. It also lies between two regional lines with direct access to Center City and beyond, with the nearest station less than a ten-minute walk away. Biking distance to Chestnut Hill College, or a train ride directly to Temple, UPenn, Drexel, among many other colleges and universities. The house is modern, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and an office. Main bedroom has two sinks, a double headed natural tiled shower, bedroom has a splitter for heat and A/C. Office also has a splitter, and 2nd bedroom upstairs has an outdoor balcony that overlooks Japenese garden/yard and Fairmount Park.
