Description

I am a professor of Earth Sciences at nearby Simon Fraser University and my wife (also a professional geologist) and our 2 sons will be on sabbatical for 1 year in France. Our home was fully renovated in 2014 to keep the original 1920s character. We have just repainted, upgraded windows, and will have new solar panels on the garage to offset most of the electricity costs. A new (2 yrs old) heat pump provides excellent heating and cooling year round. We have pets (with a fenced yard) so the floors do show ware and tare. This is a great family friendly neighborhood with an elementary, middle and high schools within walking distance. Very easy access to downtown Vancouver via Skytrain and West Coast Express train.
