Description

The house is suitable for a household of 1-3 people. It is located in a quiet, residential part of the State College borough and is about a 20 minute walk from downtown State College and the University Park campus. The house itself has central heating and air conditioning and is fully furnished, with two bedrooms, a study, a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and an adjoining tv room. Wifi and basic cable tv are included. The master bathroom has recently been remodeled, and the HVAC system newly installed. There is also a patio with a Weber gas grill and a Primo XL Kamado-style grill, a garage, and some storage will be available in the unfinished basement. There is some flexibility on the exact move-in and move-out dates, but the house is available for the fall 2024 semester. It should be noted, however, that the house is not child-proofed. So, it is not well-suited for families with a small child. It should also be noted that an indoor cat lives with the owners. While the cat will not be on the premises and the house will be thoroughly cleaned before the move-in date, tenants should be made aware of this fact, in case of any serious allergies.
