This North Berkeley home is a oasis that isn't so far from civilization! This three bedroom, two bath home has a beautiful view of the Berkeley Rose Garden, green back yard with fruit trees and singing birds. It is walking distance to Berkeley University, 2 large parks, Berkeley Rose Garden, and the Gourmet Ghetto of North Berkeley. We are also close to Tilden Park, biking distance to both the Downtown Berkeley Bart as well as North Berkeley Bart, and off of two bus lines. Well-behaved pets are negotiable, and utilities are included including wifi and home phone.

Our home has a nice layout for entertaining, lots of closet space, hard wood floors, washer/dryer, two kitchens with gas stoves, and lots of sunlight. We have a gas grill, patio, and yard for out door enjoyment, plant beds for gardeners, and a piano for music lovers. Our home is wonderful and inviting to work and live.
