This extra large studio in a private home has a main room with shoji-screened bed/table area; 'sitting' area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, table/chairs, desk/chair, bookcase, tv, two dressers, two closets (smallish, but other storage space). It has south and west facing windows with a view of San Francisco Bay, and is sunny and completely private. There is ample parking, as well as easy public transit, or a 1-1.5 walk to UC. The big eat-in kitchen opens through french doors to a two-level patio, with table and chairs and a small BBQ - in the trees, but sun much of the day, and with a view. Large bathroom has shower (no tub). All utilities (power, water, internet and cable) are included and it is fully furnished with bed/bath linens and kitchen utensils. Close to parks, great restaurants, and UC.
