Exchange Your New York Home for My Toronto Home
I am looking to swap my Toronto apartment for your New York apartment for the 2012-2013 academic year. Ideally, the exchange would begin August 1st and end at the end of May, but start and end dates are negotiable, as are other details.
Toronto
Large, furnished, and renovated 2 bedroom (+ den) unit in charming century coop.
The apartment is located in Toronto’s prestigious Forest Hill neighbourhood close to cafes, shops, parks, and Toronto’s Key Gardner Beltline Trail.
Bus access to the University of Toronto and downtown are at your front door. And, it is only an 8 minute walk to the nearest subway line for easy travel across the city.
Parking spot for a small car is negotiable.
Please, no smoking, and preferably no pets.
* More photos available on request.
New York
I’m looking for an apartment with easy access to the Columbia University campus. Ideally, this means either a 30 minute walk or subway ride.
I will be in New York for the year completing a graduate degree at Columbia Law School. I am a mature , female student (30+) who is very responsible, clean, and quiet.
I don’t need much space. A small 1 bedroom would suit me just fine (of course, this doesn’t rule out bigger homes, by any means.)
