Absentee owner looking to rent beautiful, fully furnished 3 BR, 3 BA condo on 12th floor in luxury high-rise building on Wilshire Blvd. close to UCLA and all major bus lines. Condo has amazing westward views, full-sized washer/dryer, high-speed internet, air conditioning, rooftop pool with sauna and deck area, gym, parking, 24 hour concierge, total security; the place is fully stocked with everything you need (including linens and dishes). Must see to appreciate!
Owner looking to rent to someone in one of two different situations:
1. one person only, starting August 1, 2013, to someone who is willing to share this large, 2,000 square feet place with another (quiet, responsible) renter hand-selected by owner. You would have your own separate bedroom and bathroom. You also have access to the rooftop pool with tables and wifi. The rent for a single person who's willing to share would be $2,500, including utilities and high-speed internet and parking and all the building's services.
2. I would also consider renting to a couple, starting August 1, 2013, for $5,500 if you wanted the place to yourself 100% of the time, or for $4,500 if you'd be willing to allow me to stay in the third bedroom from time to time when I come to LA.
Renters must be mature, non-smoker, quiet, and clean, with impeccable references; no pets or long-term guests allowed.
