Your house is even more wonderful than the photos show. You & your wife have a wonderful eye for renovating, furnishing and decorating. And such beautiful art hanging on the walls! "Tastefully appointed" should be stated in your ad at Sabbatical Homes. We shall be very comfortable here this year! The location is incredibly convenient. It's such a quick, pleasant walk to downtown. Thank you, Thank you!

This is a very beautiful and cozy home near downtown Santa Cruz (about 5-10 minutes walk - very handy for eating out and those that like strolling around!). Our family of four consisting of two adults and two kids (2 years and less than a year) fit in very nicely. The house in well maintained and has a good standard. Even though very close to Mission St with quite a bit of traffic, the house is quiet. Several playgrounds within 10-20 minutes walk. The owner is great and it was very easy to get things sorted out with him. Highly recommended.
