It is five minutes away from the Royal Palace, Theaters, Cinemas, Shops, University, Main City Streets, Gran Via, and just opposite to one of the biggest and most beautiful parks of Madrid (Parque del Oeste and Casa de Campo). It has an easy and fast way out from Madrid City Center to the mountains (Sierra de Guadarrama) or Casa de Campo and Rio Park. Car park and doorman.
We have, as well, a beautifull house in Seville, Sevilla Aljarafe, Andalucia (Spain) we would like to swap too. Lovely 3 bedroom house with 2 bathroom, swimming pool and community garden. Very very pleasant!

About My three children and myself are moving to Brighton for a couple of years looking for an exciting family experience.
