This is an excellent, clean, and comfortable flat with a superb landlord, who met us late at night upon our arrival and assisted us throughout our stay. The flat is equipped with new and very high quality kitchen and bathroom, roomy and comfortable living/dining room and small outside porch. The flat is only 2-3 blocks from an excellent grocery store and tube, and a lovely 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Hampstead Village, full of fantastic restaurants, cafes, and shops. We were fortunate to be located only three blocks from the Freud Museum where we were working for the week.

Refer to Listing #60992, the location was excellent, convenient ,quietness & safe. The apartment is very near to the over/under-ground station where with lots of cafés , restaurants (Korean, Japanese, Chinese) , grand supermarket & Cinema just within easy walking distance.
On the first day ,My friend & I were shocked as the apartment was decorated with unique designed furniture/painting, bright room , & modern kitchen . The private shower room was so great ,just as the hotel room ,equipped with toilet, shower,& washbasin.It was clean & neat with bath towels & bath products supplied. The landlord , Ms Simona was really helpful with quick responses & even provided us the information before we arrived London. She was so nice that even listed down the contact number , email address & the instruction on how to operate the washing machine ,dish washer etc for us. Also, really impressed by her as my handbag was left in London, even though she was busy & just back from business trip . She was very helpful & sent back the bag to me in Singapore without asking me to pay for the courier fee first.

It was a pleasure to rent from Dr. Milio. Her flat was very nice, comfortable, and clean, and she offered great advice on the neighborhood, transportation, restaurants, etc. It was convenient to be so close to the Underground, Overground, and several bus routes, and it was a very nice walk to Hampstead Heath through Belsize Village. I'd gladly stay at Dr. Milio's flat again.
