We offering two beautiful apartments, a studio apartment and individuals rooms for rent in a renovated, 15th century historic villa located at the foot of the famous Fiesole hills, an exclusive residential district of Florence 15 minutes from the center.
The location is a mere 20 to 30 minute bus journey from the city center (lines 11 bring you directly at the train statio SMN or 7 that arrive in Fiesole or San Marco square). If you arriving by car, our residence provides ample parking facilities.

Recently we open our rustic cellar for wine tasting and other local home made products: olive oil, fruit jams, cheese and others...

With a good advance we can host until 12 people for small study groups.

COUNTRY APARTMENT
The Country Apartment is ideally suited for two people. An extra bed can be provided to accommodate a third person for shorter-term stays.

The bedroom is large furnished with a queen size bed, television, and wireless internet connection - also available throughout the villa and our grounds. The apartment includes a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and French windows which open out onto the courtyard and garden.
The apartment is furnished in keeping with the rural Tuscan style.

RENAISSANCE APARTMENT

Our large and recently renovated "Renaissance Apartment" comprises an attractive ,well equipped and large room furnished with a king-size bed, TV and wireless internet, a bathroom with modern fittings so designed as to enhance the historical features of the space. The kitchen has also been entirely renovated with tastefully installed modern conveniences. Adjoined to the Renaissance Apartment is our large and beautifully furnished salon complete with dining table and fireplace, which can also be rented if so required. There is the possibility to add an other double room with his large bathroom to create a space which can easily accommodate up to four visitors.

For those interested in cultural history, the villa was once owned by Vernon Lee (Violet Paget), an esteemed British intellectual and writer of the early 1900s. Among her visitors to the villa were fellow writers Henry James, Edith Wharton, Thomas Hardy and Oscar Wilde.
