Le Moulin de Pattus is a beautiful 17th century stone watermill 30 mins from Montpellier and Nimes - 5 minutes drive from Sommieres and 5 mins walk to Salinelles where you can find 3 restaurants, a bar and a boulangerie/epicerie.
The sandy beaches of the Mediterranean are about 35 mins away. The mill has a fenced old style bassin swimming pool (7m x 11m,) it's own river beach with 2 kayaks (each for 2 adults and a child), games room (pool table, table tennis, paints, Lego, Play Doh and other toys), mini football pitch, and an adventure playground for young children.
The area surrounding the mill is idyllic countryside - superb for peaceful walks, cycle riding (bikes provided), and fishing.
River End has stunning views, 1 very large bedroom with floor to ceiling windows over the river and ensuite bathroom and WC. A child's single bedroom.

The comfortable large lounge has a balcony over the pool area
2 double bedrooms, a child's room, a mezzanine / office with sofa bed and a twin bedroom under the eaves of the house. A shower room with WC.
We also have a ground floor and first floor gites each with 3 bedrooms available.
Rates here are per month for the first floor gite but we can provide a weekly rate too - see our own website below for these. This monthly rate is dependant on a minimum of 3 months rented.
