Two bedroom house in San Diego (Point Loma)
In close-in Point Loma just 10 minutes from either downtown or the beach. House is situated on a canyon with magnificent views of the sunrise and the near-by San Diego skyline. House is academic/artist owned and furnished with original art and real 19th century French furniture including a long French country dining table that seats ten. Huge patio and adjoining garden with many tables and chairs all over-looking the canyon and the city skyline. Perfect for entertaining and making the "big impression"! Full kitchen, two baths, off street parking, a lot of china and glassware, washer/dryer etc. Rent includes utilities and gardner. I prefer just a couple or a single but would consider one child over 12. Bedding- King in one bedroom; Queen in the other. (note- the images here include both bedrooms, living, dining room, garden views AND the view of the my canyon AND the view of the city of San Diego skyline from my garden and living room.)
