House is just over the East Rock/Hamden border (beginning of Spring Glen)with an easy commute to downtown New Haven and Yale University Campus. The bus stop to new haven is 2 blocks from the house, but just as pleasant to bike, can walk too but takes a bit longer. Library & book store, post office, local pub, yoga studio, gourmet grocery store & bakery all a short walk away.

The house is an open-loft like house with modern interior. Hard Wood floors throughout, a fireplace, skylights (lots of natural light), Washer & Dryer, workshop in basement, large backyard, garage and off street parking.
